I am a licensed professional counselor (psychotherapist) in Norther New Jersey. I am warm, friendly, nonjudgmental, and I’m passionate about my work. I am driven by one goal—helping my clients make the progress they want.

The areas I specialize in are ANGER MANAGEMENT, couples counseling, and helping parents of children with behavior problems.

I am an active member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA), the International Association of Marriage and Family Counselors (IAMFC), and the American Counseling Association (ACA). I am a published author of five books, which focus on adolescent intervention and prevention programs. I am a Hazelden author and I continue to write on the topics of anger management and parent education.

I offer free in-person consultations. I believe people should have an opportunity to get to know a therapist first, before deciding to start therapy.
